Service Rates and Fees

  1. ICARE PSYCHOTHERAPY: $130 per session

  2. Open Group Therapy: $35 per session                                           Accepted insurance plans include Blue Cross Blue Shield Aetna United Healthcare Cigna and CDPHP including PPO and HMO plans. Out of network benefits are accepted. Clients are responsible for submitting reimbursement requests directly to their insurance provider. HSA and FSA benefits may be used

  3. Alcohol and Substance Use Court Evaluation:  $350 flat fee

  4. Emotional Support Animal Evaluation and Letter: $250 flat fee

  5. Peer Supervision for Mental Health Professionals: $30 per group session joined

  6. Case Conceptualization for Mental Health Professionals: $150 per one hour session. Multiple cases may be discussed within the session, summary of meeting will be provided to the clinician.
