Confident And Capable
Focus: Managing self, emotions, others, and the world

This group supports teens and young adults in developing emotional regulation, self-awareness, and healthy decision-making as they navigate increasing independence. Sessions include guided discussions, real-world scenarios, and reflective exercises focused on managing stress, responsibilities, and interpersonal challenges.
Goal: To help participants build confidence, emotional maturity, and the ability to manage life’s demands with clarity and resilience.

My Voice, Your Voice, In Our Space
Focus: Peer relationships, conflict, and communication
This program focuses on effective communication, boundary-setting, and conflict resolution in friendships, family dynamics, academic settings, and early work environments. Participants practice expressing themselves respectfully, listening with intention, and navigating disagreements in healthy ways.
Goal: To strengthen communication skills, foster respectful relationships, and empower participants to advocate for themselves with confidence and empathy.

This group encourages participants to explore personal values, ethics, and identity while reflecting on how these influence choices and behavior. Through meaningful conversations and self-reflection activities, participants examine integrity, accountability, and personal responsibility.
Goal: To support strong character development and help young adults align their actions with their values as they transition into adulthood.

This group focuses on practical, real-world skills such as time management, stress management, goal setting, problem-solving, financial awareness, and personal responsibility. Activities are designed to prepare participants for adulthood, independence, and future success.
Goal: To equip teens and young adults with essential life skills that promote independence, confidence, and readiness for adult responsibilities.
