Confident and Capable
Focus: Managing self, emotions, others, and the world
This group helps children strengthen emotional awareness, self-control, and decision-making. Through guided discussions, interactive activities, and real-life scenarios, participants learn how to manage their emotions, respond rather than react, and navigate social situations with confidence.
Goal: To equip children with the skills needed to regulate their emotions, understand others, and handle everyday challenges with independence and resilience.

My Voice, Your Voice, In Our Space
Focus: Peer relationships, conflict, and communication
This program teaches children how to express themselves clearly, listen respectfully, and resolve conflicts in healthy ways. Through group conversations, collaborative games, and communication exercises, participants learn how to build strong friendships and communicate effectively.
Goal: To help children strengthen their communication skills, handle disagreements respectfully, and foster positive, supportive peer relationships.
